1925 Wembley

£25.00

Colour lithographic poster promoting the British Empire Exhibition held at Wembley in 1925. The print is illustrated with a large crowd waiting to enter the exhibition. The male figures in the forefront represent the three main social classes, identifiable by their headwear - cloth caps for the working classes, trilby hats representing the middle classes and top hats representing the upper class.
