Returns policy
We hope you love your order from London Museum shop. However, if for any reason you would like to return it, our returns process is simple and outlined below.
Your item must be unused/unworn, in their original packaging and returned to us within 28 days of purchase. We cannot offer exchanges.
London Museum Dockland shop orders
Items purchased in our London Museum Docklands shop must be returned onsite, we are unable to process returns or exchanges online for items purchased in our London Museum Docklands site.
Online shop orders
Online shop orders cannot be returned or exchanged in our London Museum Docklands shop. To return an online order please follow the instructions below.
The following items are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be refunded unless faulty, damaged or not as described:
- Print on demand items
- Beauty/skincare products
- Earrings
- Perishable or edible items such as food or drinks.
- Gift cards
Return instructions
To make a return please follow our instructions below:
- Send an email to shop@londonmuseum.org.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods to notify us of the return.
- Return the item(s) to the following address within 28 days of receiving your item(s). Please make sure to include your order number.

- The return shipment cost must be paid by you and will not be covered by London Museum Shop unless the item is faulty. We recommend using recorded delivery to ensure your item(s) reach us.
- Once the returned item(s) have been received and processed by our shop team, we will issue a refund within 14 working days to the original payment method.
Faulty items
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact shop@londonmuseum.org.uk with details and an image of the fault. We will then contact you to advise you further.
