Inspired by Peruvian and Ecuadorian mythology, the Luna star tagua earrings with gold-plated hooks beautifully showcase the traditional craftsmanship. Created by up and coming jewellery designer Sophie Howard, they were brought to life by skilled artisans in Peru and Ecuador through Just Trade’s fair trade workshops. Using techniques learnt from the workshops, talented artisans – Lizet in Peru and Magdalena in Ecuador – worked with Sophie’s original sketches, experimenting with scale and carving the tagua components to create these striking yet delicate earrings. Pair them with the matching Luna star bracelet!
