Shipping policy

Delivery times

We aim to process orders within 4 working days, but please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive, especially during busy times.

Place your order by 14th December to receive you items for Christmas (UK delivery ONLY)! 

Please be aware that all orders placed after 17th December will be processed from 6th January 2026. 

Delivery methods

We’ll send your order to the delivery address you provide. In the UK, we use Royal Mail Standard (untracked), and for other countries, we use equivalent services.

Shipping costs

  • UK
    £4 for all orders under £30 (Standard Royal Mail delivery -Untracked)
    Free for all orders £30 and over  (excludes Print-on-Demand products)
  • International
    £35 for all orders

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. If you’re ordering for delivery outside the UK, the recipient will be responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply upon receipt.

 

Prints-on-Demand orders

Our prints are shipped by our partner, King & McGaw. We want your items to reach you quickly and in perfect condition, so we use secure packaging that protects our products.

Postage & packaging prices for prints:

  • UK
    Unframed prints: Prices start at £7.90
    Framed prints: Prices start at £15.00
  • International
    Unframed prints: Prices start at £12.95, varying by destination.
    Framed prints: Prices start at £49.00, varying by destination.

Delivery times for prints:

  • Unframed prints are dispatched within 5 working days
  • Framed prints are usually shipped within 15 working days

If your order includes a mix of these items, they might arrive in separate parcels.

EU deliveries 

Currently Suspended

Unfortunately, we’ve had to suspend orders to EU countries now, but we hope to offer this service again soon.

Click and Collect 

Our London Wall shop is now permanently closed, so we no longer offer Click & Collect. We also can’t facilitate collection from the London Museum Docklands at the moment.
