Suffragette stand at The Women's Exhibition of 1909. The Women's Exhibition was held at Princes' Skating Rink, Knightsbridge, on 13-26 May 1909. Members of the Women's Social and Political Union donated items for sale on stalls. All the proceeds went towards the suffrage campaign fund. The exhibition was decorated throughout with the union's colours of purple, green and white, and featured designs and artworks by Sylvia Pankhurst.
